Cast Iron Scallop Serving Tray

    1. Remove the meat of the tail from the shell.
    2. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Heat butter in the tray over medium-high heat, until it begins to brown.
    4. Sautee untill cooked thoroughly - about 5-7 minutes, turning occassionally.
    5. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
