Cast Iron Scallop Serving Tray
- Remove the meat of the tail from the shell.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in the tray over medium-high heat, until it begins to brown.
- Sautee untill cooked thoroughly - about 5-7 minutes, turning occassionally.
- Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
